Our government is increasingly motivated to achieve Carbon Footprint Reduction for all buildings, be they planned or existing, private residences or public, municipal buildings.
Several possible methods exist to achieve this, a comparison of some of these is given below

One effective, proven way of doing this, widely used for decades in many Northern European countries, is to use Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP's), very often in conjunction with geothermal boreholes.
A GSHP with boreholes, takes the energy or geothermal heat from the ground by means of buried piping through which coolant is circulated. These tubes can either be laid in long horizontal trenches or inserted as a geothermal loop, or more often vertically into boreholes drilled up to 150m into the ground. Boreholes are most often used where the space around the buildings is limited, eg. existing housing developments.
GSHP heating can be used in conjunction with other energy efficient heat collectors i.e. solar panels.

Together, we are in a position to supply and install modular Carbon Footprint Reduction Packages to householders, architects, builders and developers throughout the South of England
Typical modules could consist of
a) Ground Source Heat Pump, GSHP with boreholes complete with geothermal loop.
b) As above but with the addition of Photo Voltaic solar panels for electricity generation.
c) PhotoVoltaic Thermal (PVT) panels together with boreholes for geothermal heat storage using the latest PE-Xa probe technology.
These modules can be combined in various sizes and capacities to suit different sizes of house or building.
