What is included or excluded from the price we quote you.

What our charge per metre or quoted total charge includes

• All costs associated with equipment mobilization, i.e. transportation of all necessary equipment to and from the site, setting up and dismantling at the end of the drilling operation.
• Use of protective matting to protect lawns/gardens as required.
  
• Supply of all materials and equipment necessary to complete the drilling of the boreholes.
  
• Installation of the loop, pressure testing of the loops, grouting of the boreholes.
• Completion of header works as quoted.
  
• Installation of pipework, electrofusion welded joints, distribution manifold as quoted.
• Use of advanced mud recycling units to reduce mess on site.
  
• The assumption that there will be an on site supply of water available free of charge for drilling purposes.
• Leaving the site in a tidy condition, with loops capped off, protruding approximately 80cm or more from the ground.
• Header work trenching dug by us will be back filled.
• Loop pressure test certificate.
  
• Removal of all drilling fluids from the site.
• Installation of heat pump, filling of system with glycol, pressure testing and commissioning if so quoted.
• Installation of underfloor heating systems, connection and commissioning if so quoted.
  

What our charge per metre or quoted total charge does not include

• Provision of glycol to fill the borehole and header pipe system unless specifically quoted.
• Installation of any pipework on the heat pump side of the distribution manifold unless specifically quoted.
• Remediation of any paved or tarmac surfaces.
• Disposal of drilling spoil unless specifically quoted.
• Hire of skips for waste disposal. If desired these can be ordered by us and charged to you at cost.
• Standing time for our equipment caused by other parties, eg. builders.
